Northern Kentucky
Tucked away in the northern most point of the Bluegrass State, along the banks of the Ohio River and in the mighty shadows of the Cincinnati skyline lies Northern Kentucky. Cross the beautiful Roebling Bridge, in which the famous Brooklyn Bridge was designed after, and soon you’re in a different world – a slower, quieter world. With sayings such as “Florence Y’all” and “Where the city meets the country”, you will immediately notice the southern hospitality and away-from-it-all vibe, and quickly fall in love with horse racing and bourbon.
Although one may think of Northern Kentucky as an extension of Cincinnati, it is the third largest metropolitan area in the state with 36 cities sprinkled throughout three counties that contain everything you may need without the hassle of crossing over to Ohio.
